As your health coach, I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you learn to make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to determine what changes are best suited for you.  Together, we will explore concerns specific to you.  I will introduce you to the tools you need for a lifetime of vibrant health.

As a client you will learn the following things:

Your program includes:

  • Our initial 2 hour session (which includes a review of your main concerns and goals, your personal questionnaire and your food log)
  • One 60 minute session per subsequent months
  • Unlimited e-mail support between sessions
  • A personalized herbal & dietary protocol (herbs sold separately)
  • Coaching & motivational support to help you make the changes necessary for the goals that you want to achieve
  • Simple, informative handouts to support your knowledge of health & how to achieve it
