How to Start Living a Healthier Life

  • Eat lots of ripe, organic, non-GMO living fruits & veggies
  • Strive to make raw, living fruits & vegetables at least 80% of your diet
  • Read labels - If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it, drink it or put it on your body! 
  • When transitioning to a diet high in living foods, try to eat fruit until noon
  • Eliminate all processed foods, dairy, gluten, white flour, white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, MSG & soy products
  • Reduce animal protein and only eat high quality, grass fed animal products when desired
  • Replace sodas & energy drinks with detoxifying lemon water & herbal teas
  • Replace personal care & cleaning products with healthier, less toxic versions
  • Be conscious of what you eat, drink, think, and put on your skin
  • Learn to make the connection with what you eat and how you feel
  • Get 7-8 hours of restful sleep every night
  • Incorporate stress reduction techniques such as meditation and yoga into your daily routine
  • Make an effort to get a healthy amount of sunshine & lots of fresh air every day
  • Incorporate light exercises such as walking, swimming, rebounding, yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi into your life   
  • Immerse yourself in a nurturing environment including positive thoughts, relationships, books, entertainment & music
  • Last but certainly not least - always make yourself and your health a priority!
